Real Name Registration and Anti-Addiction
In May 2021, our 16 self-operated games including <Eudemons>, <Conquer>, and <Heroes Evolved> were all connected to the national real-name registration system. Furthermore, in accordance with the <Notice on Further Strengthening Regulation to Effectively Prevent Online Gaming Addictions Among Minors> issued by the National Administration of Press and Publication, we implemented playing-time controls for minor gamers starting on August 31, 2021.
Age Appropriate Reminder
All of our games operating in the PRC have age-appropriate reminders in prominent positions within the game download, user registration and user log-on interfaces, as required by China Audio-video and Digital Publishing Association. We also apply similar age-appropriate reminders in all promotion materials such as videos and posters. In the overseas market, all of our games are rated by the appropriate rating services as required by regulatory requirements and distribution partners including Apple, Google and Microsoft.
Clean Internet Environment
In accordance with the <Provisions on Ecological Governance of Network Information Content> issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China in December 2019, NetDragon has undergone detailed management procedures to establish and improve a comprehensive network governance system, create a clean cyberspace, and build a sound network ecosystem. We have also strictly applied content safety control measures through auto screening and manual reviews.
Parent Guardianship
In June 2011, NetDragon launched an online parental supervision platform to help parents to fully protect their children under 18 with the following measures: limit the time spent on gaming by minor players, guide the minors to healthy games, and cultivate their healthy internet usage. We have also set up hotline and emails specifically for ‘minor gamer supervision’, shouldering social responsibilities actively to protect minor gamers. Furthermore, we provide various convenient compliant channels to ensure issues on minor gamer supervision are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
Easy Refunds by Minor Gamers
NetDragon provides all-channel and seamless service support for parents and has a dedicated process and team in place to deal with minor gamer refund issues in compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices. Parents can directly make refund requests through our hotline or dedicated web-based services. The response team will promptly process the refund if the request meets the relevant requirements, and we assess each of such request based on extensive big data analysis and review of the account’s online track record, in-game activities log, payment habits, etc.

NetDragon has in place a comprehensive training program that was set up based on our <Information Security Compliance Training Management Policies>. Some of the information security topics covered in the training contents include:
Identification of roles and responsibilities of relevant personnel
Fundamental knowledge around compliance of regulations
User-end security
Account and authorization management
Fraud prevention

We conduct a wide series of systematic training activities on information security both online and offline, including new employee training courses, mandatory learning sessions, as well as internal certification for relevant employees.
