(“ChiVox”), a leading intelligent voice and speech technology provider in China.
ChiVox is one of the most advanced intelligent voice and speech technology providers dedicated to the education industry in China. ChiVox develops smart interactive learning and testing products in the area of voice and language technologies, and provides technology and services for voice assessment and oral
exams to leading education service providers in China.
This acquisition will enable NetDragon to integrate world class voice and speech technologies into its education products and produce unique value proposition in the area of voice assessment, voice recognition and language pedagogy as part of its holistic education ecosystem currently under development. ChiVox also has a technical development team that comes with a rare combination of experience in and understanding of voice technologies, natural language and education.
