HKEX ESG Policy
On December 21, 2015, the HKEX released the <Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide> as appendix to its <Listing Rule> for all listed companies to adhere to. Accordingly, NetDragon as a listed company in Hong Kong has published CGR and ESG reports annually to strictly comply with such HKEX requirements.
