NetDragon Wins Asian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Award

[November 9, 2011, Hong Kong News] NetDragon Websoft Inc. (“NetDragon”; Stock Code: 777), a leading developer andoperator of online games and mobile Internet platforms in China is pleased to participate in the “Most Admired Knowledge Organization Award” held in Seoul, South Korea (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Award (MAKE Award). At the awards conference, NetDragon won the annual Asia Pacific MAKE Award.

The MAKE Awards, organised by the London-based KNOW Network, recognize companies that promote good knowledge management and is globally recognized. NetDragon stood out among the 78 nominees by virtue of its outstanding performance in the field of enterprise knowledge management. It is not an Asian Development Bank or Siemens. Internationally renowned companies such as (China), Samsung, Toyota, Unilever and China Merchants Bank jointly won the “Most Deserved Knowledge Organization” in Asia Pacific in 2011. The award has become one of the three companies in mainland China to receive this honor. This achievement has once again demonstrated NetDragon’s achievements in the field of knowledge management and product innovation.

Since its inception, NetDragon has always adhered to the corporate culture of “innovation” and not “learning”, and has gradually formed “finding best practices”, “IT technology curing” and “tours”. Three knowledge-driven mechanisms, such as drama, build a good internal learning environment so that knowledge can be generated, communicated, accumulated and shared within the enterprise. It has laid a solid foundation for NetDragon to break new ground in online games and incite the Internet.
