NetDragon Websoft Inc. Named A Best Employer in China

Hong Kong, 11 November 2007 – NetDragon Websoft Inc, a leading online game developer and operator, (“NetDragon” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, Stock Code: 8288), has been named “2007 The Best Employer in the PRC – The Best Company to Work For” by Fortune magazine (Chinese edition).

NetDragon was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 2 November 2007. The Company was the only domestic online game company to be named a “Best Employer” among the 20 awardees.

The 2007 “Best Employer” rankings are designed by Fortune to evaluate employers’ ability to attract and retain talent.  The magazine conducted comprehensive employee satisfaction surveys among a number of industries in the PRC.

Currently, NetDragon has more than six hundred of employees.  The Company provides staff with salaries among the highest in the industry in the PRC, and has also establish the NetDragon University, which offers comprehensive training opportunities to employees to allow them to pursue continuous growth both professionally and in life.  The Chairman of the Company even used its own money to built a clubhouse for employees with facilities such as a swimming pool, a rock climbing wall, a hall for tae kwon do, a gymnasium, an archery hall, a cinema, all provided with free drinks.
