NetDragon Donates RMB 1 Million to Qinghai Earthquake Relief Efforts

[26 April 2010, Hong Kong] NetDragon Websoft Inc. (“NetDragon”, with its subsidiaries collectively the “Group”; Stock Code: 777), a leading online game developer and operator in China, announced a donation of RMB 1 million to earthquake-hit Qinghai Province to support post-quake reconstruction efforts and help local people get through the disaster.

Apart from the RMB 1 million donation, NetDragon’s Public Welfare Committee kicked off a book charity sale and advocated its staff to donate money. Meanwhile, NetDragon shut down all the game servers and suspended entertainment services on April 21, 2010 to observe one day of mourning for the victims,
responding to the State Council’s announcement. We sincerely hope that people in Yushu can rebuild their lives as early as possible.

NetDragon also responded fast to the devastating Wenchuan earthquake on May 12, 2008 by donating money and supplies to help with relief and rebuilding efforts.
