NetDragon Partners with Lager and Launches OB for Traditional Chinese Version of Way of the Five

[ 21 January 2010, Hong Kong ] NetDragon Websoft Inc. (“NetDragon”, with its subsidiaries collectively the “Group”; Stock Code: 777), a leading online game developer and operator in China, is pleased to announce that the open beta testing for the Traditional Chinese version of its cute-style, turn-based online game Way of the Five launched on Jan. 13, 2010.

Since its mainland China launch in March 2009, Way of the Five has been gaining popularity among players with its unique features, such as its cute cartoon style, comfy and cozy community system, and the variety of ways available to interact with pets. In 2009, it was granted “The Best Cute-style Online Game” of Golden Plum Awards and “Top 10 Emerging Online Games” in the 2009 Online Game Ranking, further demonstrating the game’s competitive edge.

Licensed to Taiwan-based Lager Network Technologies Inc., Way of the Five is NetDragon’s fourth online game to be offered in Traditional Chinese following Conquer Online, Eudemons Online, and Zero Online. Based on the game’s popularity in mainland China, Way of the Five is expected to continue with its success in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
